- How long does a starter take?
- About a week after intake. We need your fifteen questions and CMS access, or a place to publish, before the clock starts.
- What CMS do you work with?
- WordPress, Shopify, Carrd, and Webflow. If yours is custom or locked down, we host the pages for a $200 setup and you link to them.
- Do you guarantee a mention in ChatGPT or any other engine?
- No. We guarantee the snapshot and the published pages. Placement inside a model is not for sale by anyone.
- How is this different from an SEO retainer?
- An SEO retainer optimizes for position on a results page and bills monthly. This is a fixed-scope build measured by whether engines name you across a fixed prompt set.
- Do I need new hosting?
- No. Your existing hosting is fine as long as pages render in HTML and are crawlable.
- Do you write medical content?
- We do not recommend treatments or make efficacy claims. We will structure existing non-diagnostic explainers, with a disclaimer and a named reviewer.
- What is your refund policy?
- The work is the pages and the snapshot, and those are delivered. There is no rank-based or mention-based refund.
- Can you work alongside my current agency?
- Yes. We hand over the pages and the prompt set so anyone can rerun the measurement.
- How many pages do I really need?
- Five is a real start for a single-location service business. Ten covers most small sites with more than one service line.
- What happens after the 30-day rerun?
- Nothing, unless you want the watch retainer. The pages are yours either way, and so is the question list.
