The service

Build Site Digital provides free business visibility diagnostics, scoped website and visibility work, optional ongoing visibility support, and business documentation services including policies, procedures, onboarding materials, training documents, and knowledge systems. Paid work begins only after scope, price, and required access are agreed. Turnaround depends on the work required and how quickly you provide information and approvals.

Payments and refunds

The initial AI Customer Discovery Audit is free. One-time AI Visibility Fix projects are due before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monitoring plans are billed in advance. If paid work has not started, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Once work has started, refunds are handled according to the written scope and on a case-by-case basis.

The audit and scoring

The free audit is a point-in-time diagnostic. We test a fixed set of 20–30 category, service, problem-based, comparison, and other relevant commercial-intent customer searches across available AI search engines and record whether the business is not mentioned, appears indirectly, or is clearly named with supporting evidence. The report explains the observed score and includes mentions, recommendations, competitor appearances, business-information accuracy, source strength, key problems, and recommended improvements. Results can vary by platform, location, account, personalization, and date. The audit does not predict how many customers will come from AI or how future answers will behave.

Paid improvement work and monitoring

Any AI Visibility Fix is governed by a written scope that identifies the work, price, delivery terms, and included revisions. Monitoring reports on repeated checks, score changes, competitor appearances, opportunities, alerts, and recommended actions. Monitoring does not include implementation work unless the written plan says otherwise.

Business documentation and professional review

Business Brain and Get Organized projects are documentation and information-organization services, not legal, HR, accounting, safety, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all materials. Employment handbooks, policies, safety procedures, and other regulated or compliance-sensitive documents should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use.

Delivery, ownership, and handoff

On delivery, you own the project-specific pages, copy, and structured data we create for you, subject to full payment. Your written scope states the included revisions and handoff materials. One-time projects do not automatically renew. Ongoing checks continue only while an AI Visibility Monitoring plan is active.

What we do not guarantee

We publish pages designed to be cited by AI models and search engines, but we do not guarantee placement inside any specific model, Google ranking, number of leads, or revenue outcome. Results depend on your market, competition, and the accuracy of the information you provide.

Your content

You keep full ownership of your business name, logo, photos, and any content you provide us. We may use anonymized before-and-after examples for marketing unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Email thayden66@gmail.com to cancel or change your plan.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Build Site Digital's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
