These Terms of Service describe the agreement between you and Build Site Digital when you use our website or purchase our services. This page is maintained by Build Site Digital as app-owned content and is not an independent legal certification.
Services
Build Site Digital designs, builds, and maintains websites for local trade and service businesses. Our core offering is a one-time website build (“The Build”) plus an optional monthly retainer (“The Retainer”) for hosting, updates, and support.
Pricing and payment
Current pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change. As of the date above:
- The Build: $749 one-time
- The Retainer: $99 per month, cancel anytime
Payments are processed through Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. All fees are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Project scope and revisions
The Build includes the deliverables described at the time of purchase, such as a mobile-responsive design, customer request form, and standard pages. Major scope changes or additional rounds of revisions beyond what is included may incur extra fees. We will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Customer content
You keep ownership of your business name, logo, images, text, and any other materials you provide. You grant us permission to use those materials to build and maintain your website. You represent that you have the right to use everything you send us and that it does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.
Hosting and uptime
Websites on our retainer plan are hosted through our hosting provider. While we aim for reliable uptime, we do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including issues with third-party hosting, DNS, or internet service providers.
Cancellation
The monthly retainer can be canceled at any time with reasonable notice. If you cancel, we will keep your site live through the end of the current billing period unless you request otherwise. After cancellation, you are responsible for arranging your own hosting if you wish to keep the site online.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Site Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of the page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
