What we collect
We collect the information you send us through the contact form or checkout flow: your name, email address, business website, and the answers you provide to our intake questions. Payment information is handled by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the Build Site Digital service, communicate with you about your audit or project, and improve our diagnostic and documentation processes. If a Get Organized project includes internal company materials, we use them only to perform the agreed work. We do not sell your information or use it to train third-party AI models.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers required to run the business: Stripe for payments, our hosting and email infrastructure, and any contractor directly involved in building your pages. We require those providers to keep your data confidential.
